Mark was amazing and definitely did not dissappoint us!!!! Mark was always there to answer any calls or late night questions. With this being our first home, we were very nervous. Even with being in different time zones, Mark was there for us. We greatly apprciate his business. He was there every step of the way. And when I say EVERY, I mean EVERY. Mark was so kind enough to even answer emails and calls during his family vacation. Who does that? Mark does!

We were set to close in 21 days... he got it done in 19. I am so glad we choice to go with Mark and NBKC Bank. We will definitely refer them and use them again in the future.

First, let me take the time to say THANK YOU to Mark. He has been the ab-sol-ute best with this process. When I came to Mark, I was nearly half way through refinancing with my previous lender.
